Refund Policy

If we are unable to provide the updated driver that we have presented when you did the free scan for functioning hardware devices we will be happy to provide you with a refund. Please use the contact page and include info about the driver that was not available for update.

To request a refund please include your name, date of purchase as this will help expedite your request. All refunds will be processed within 20 business days of receiving the request. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact us.
